PressFrame Standard vs Plus vs Pro: Which Should You Choose?

The three Clingman PressFrame models share a color-coded, folding push-up board. The main differences are the handles and, on Pro, the built-in timer and rep counter. Standard is the lowest-priced option. Plus adds cushioned FlexiGrip handles. Pro adds the timer and counter to that cushioned-handle setup.

If you want cushioned handles, compare Plus with Pro. If you prefer to count your own reps and use a phone timer, Plus gives you the handle upgrade without the counter module.

Choose Standard for the lowest upfront price

Standard includes the folding board, its color-coded positions and the standard non-slip handles. It is the straightforward choice if the basic board is what you want and you are comfortable tracking sets and reps yourself.

The colors give you a position chart to follow. They do not replace learning the movement or choosing a version you can control. The included guide provides a starting point for using your board.

Choose Plus for cushioned handles

Plus costs $10 more than Standard at the checked U.S. prices. That difference buys the cushioned FlexiGrip handles. Choose it if handle cushioning matters more to you than having a timer built into the board.

Plus does not include the Pro timer and counter. You can still count reps yourself and time sets separately.

Choose Pro for the timer and counter

Pro adds a timer and rep counter to the FlexiGrip setup. At the checked prices, it is $10 more than Plus and $20 more than Standard.

Choose Pro if you want to track your session on the board itself. A counter is a convenience feature. It does not make a workout effective by itself or promise a particular result.

What stays the same?

All three models use the folding PressFrame board and come with a pair of handles and the four-week digital workout guide. You do not need to buy three boards to use the different marked positions.

Follow the product instructions, place the board on a stable surface and secure the handles before use. Start with manageable, controlled repetitions and progress at your own pace. Fold the board for storage between sessions.

Questions before you buy

Does Plus include a timer?

No. The timer and rep counter are included with Pro only.

Is the workout guide a separate purchase?

The four-week PDF guide is included with your board. Standalone guide listings are separate products, so follow the guide-delivery instructions for your board order.

Which model is the best value?

That depends on the features you will use. Standard has the lowest price. Plus is the middle option for cushioned handles. Pro combines those handles with on-board tracking. Paying for a feature you will not use does not improve your routine.

Make the choice around your routine

Pick Standard if price is your main concern, Plus if you want cushioned handles, or Pro if you want those handles and the timer and counter. Then focus on building a routine you can repeat.
